“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.” — Brené Brown
I believe that everyone who crosses my path is meant to. It is easy to believe that we must face our struggles alone, but that is simply not true. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, living with anxiety or depression, grieving a loss, or simply looking to make a change, I am here. I will sit alongside you as you learn to better understand yourself and work to create the change you desire.
Many of life’s challenges are uncomfortable. I am here to help you find the comfortable in the uncomfortable. I have a special passion for supporting creatives, individuals experiencing grief and loss, maternal mental health concerns, or those seeking deeper self-discovery or a stronger connection to their meaning and purpose. My goal is to help you connect with and explore your strengths, values, and self-identity.
Our sessions should be a place where you feel safe to show up just as you are. One of the things I value most in the therapy space is authenticity. I believe healing happens through genuine human connection. That is why I show up in the therapy room as the same person as I do everywhere else. I practice with an emotionally-focused and psychodynamic approach in mind, and together, we will explore how your mind and body experience your mental health in the best way that suits your needs. I want to help you discover who you are and who you have always been underneath the stress, expectations, and life experiences.
I have had my own life experiences surrounding depression, loss, and life transitions and while your story is uniquely your own, I allow my personal experiences to shape how I connect in the therapy space. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you through your healing as not just your therapist, but as another human seeking connection and peace. I am here. I am with you.
